Refund and dispute policy

Effective October 14, 2026. This policy covers NoxaPay platform services operated by Noxa and explains how to raise an issue with a payment. Contact support@noxapay.si or Noxa, 447 Broadway, New York, NY 10013, USA.

Purchases from merchants

The merchant named on your payment link is responsible for the goods or services you buy, fulfillment and its disclosed refund policy. Contact that merchant first for a cancellation, return, non-delivery or product complaint. Merchants must disclose their refund terms before purchase and honor applicable consumer law. This policy does not replace a merchant's more favorable terms or mandatory refund rights.

How to report an issue

Email support@noxapay.si with your transaction reference, payment date, merchant name, amount and currency, a description of the issue and the resolution you request. Include relevant receipts with sensitive information redacted. Never send a full card number, CVV, password, seed phrase or private key. We will review available platform records and help identify the responsible merchant or provider. Review and resolution depend on the evidence and the parties involved; we cannot promise a particular outcome or fixed refund time.

Failed, duplicate or unauthorized charges

A failed checkout or temporary authorization is not proof that a completed charge occurred. Check the provider or issuer's records before paying again. For duplicate or unauthorized charges, contact the provider or card issuer promptly and notify us with the transaction references. Do not wait for our investigation if an issuer or legal dispute deadline may expire. We will not ask you to waive a legitimate dispute right as a condition of support.

Platform fee refunds

If Noxa charged its own platform fee in error or charged it more than once for the same transaction, request a correction at support@noxapay.si. Once the error is confirmed, Noxa will refund or otherwise correct the erroneous amount. A valid fee for a completed platform service is generally not refundable merely because the merchant purchase is later refunded, except where required by law, agreed in writing, or the platform service was not supplied as promised. No separate subscription or cancellation fee is imposed by this policy.

Provider fees and blockchain transfers

Provider, exchange and network fees are governed by the applicable provider's disclosed terms and law. We cannot promise their refund. Completed blockchain transfers cannot ordinarily be reversed by Noxa. A refund may require a new transfer by the merchant or provider; its amount, asset, destination, fees and timing must be agreed through verified channels. Do not send an additional payment to an unverified person claiming it is needed to unlock a refund.

Processing approved refunds

Where supported, an approved refund should return through the original payment method and provider. An alternate refund method requires verification and agreement with the responsible party. Bank, provider and network processing times vary. Merchant approval or an on-screen status is not proof that the refund has reached your account; confirm receipt with your issuer or wallet.

Escalation and statutory rights

If a merchant or provider does not resolve the issue, you may pursue remedies through your payment provider, card issuer, consumer protection authority or a court with jurisdiction. Applicable deadlines and rights vary. Nothing here limits a statutory cancellation, refund, billing-error or chargeback right, and this policy does not make Noxa the issuer or adjudicator of a card dispute.
