Information we process
We process account names and email addresses; password hashes and authentication records; merchant application and review information; wallet addresses; payment-link, transaction, settlement and fee records; customer receipt emails; support messages; and security and access records such as device details and IP addresses when available. Avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text fields. We do not ask for full card numbers, CVV, seed phrases or wallet private keys.
How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts, review merchants, route payment requests, record settlement, provide receipts and support, protect the service, investigate misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Transactional emails are used for verification, security and service operations. Account creation is not consent to unrelated advertising.
Who receives information
Relevant transaction information, including the customer email, amount, currency and settlement destination, may be sent to PayGate and the selected payment provider. Merchants receive information about their own transactions. We use service providers for hosting, databases and email, including Hostinger and Titan, and may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers in the current service. Payment providers operate their own services and privacy notices; review them before supplying identity documents or payment details.
Public blockchains and international processing
Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions may be publicly visible and cannot generally be erased from a blockchain by Noxa. Linking an address to an account or payment can reveal additional information. Our vendors and payment providers may process data in the United States and other countries under their own arrangements. Contact us before using the service if your organization requires particular processing locations or contractual safeguards.
Retention
We keep account and transaction information while needed to provide the service and handle security, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and the circumstances of a request. Routine maintenance removes expired sessions and verification records and replaces sent-email message bodies after 30 days; email delivery metadata may remain. Audit and financial records may need to be retained after an account closes. Backup copies expire through the hosting backup lifecycle; blockchain data remains outside our control.
Requests and choices
Contact support@noxapay.si to request access, correction, deletion or account closure, or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. We verify identity proportionately before disclosing or changing account data and may retain records or decline part of a request where law or legitimate security and transaction obligations require it. We will explain applicable limitations and respond within the deadlines that apply to your request. You may also contact the relevant regulator. Essential account and security messages cannot be disabled while keeping an active account.
Security and age
We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected credentials, audit records and administrator two-factor authentication. No system is completely secure. Protect your own device, password and authenticator; report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly offer accounts to children. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information.
Changes and contact
